JCI Impact and JCI Effective Leadership will overlap - members will need to select one or the other.
Members do not need to register for a morning and afternoon session - they can attend 1 or 2 sessions for the same price.

Angela M. Clock has been a Jaycee since July 2004. Since then, she has chaired several projects and served on the board of the Lansing Jaycees as 2008 Membership Vice President, 81st President in 2009, 2014 Community Director, and 88th President in 2016.
Angela has served on the board of the Michigan Jaycees as the 2010 Region D Director, 2011 Community Development Vice President, 2012 Management Vice President, and 2014 Executive Presidential Assistant. She was also awarded as the 2009 Michigan Jaycees Master Speak Up winner and 2009 United States Jaycees Master Speak Up Winner. She is also a 10th degree Jaycee.
She is excited to serve as a 2017 JCI Skills Development Committee Member from the Americas, with hopes of providing more training opportunities for JCI members around the world. Angela also served as the 2016 JCI USA Ten Outstanding Young Americans Director.
Angela graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in psychology and political science and also received her master of public administration degree from Western Michigan University, with a focus on nonprofit leadership and administration. She is the Executive Director of Tobacco-Free Michigan, a nonprofit focused on reducing tobacco use and its harmful effects in Michigan.
Noelle Nachreiner serves as the National Membership Director for JCI USA. This role provides her with a distinct opportunity to provide ongoing support and education to state and chapter leaders as they work to recruit, retain and engage the members of JCI USA.
Noelle joined JCI Indianapolis in 2005, in search of opportunities to give back to the community she relocated to after college. In 2012, she served as the local president, followed by serving as the 83rd Indiana State President in 2013 and 2014. In 2015, Noelle served as one of six National Vice Presidents for JCI USA, assigned to eight states and was appointed as the State Presidents’ Coach in 2016.
Professionally, Noelle is the Marketing Director for Indiana Business Advisors, the largest business brokerage in the state. She is an alumnus of Michigan State University and resides outside of Indianapolis, Ind. with her husband Ian and rescue dog Hank the Tank.
